How to lose those extra pounds before prom, wedding or even just because
I was able to drop 15 pounds (which I have gain from the winter hibernation) within four months healthily and so can you. I didn't do anything that was too time consuming because lets face it, most of us has given up time and again cus we get lazy. What I found had worked for me was just to eating two pieces of wheat bread a day. This surprisingly gave me a boost to my goal, it might be disturbing but it helps you do number two in the bathroom (not many people know that your suppose to do this at least 2-3 times a day I barely did that once a day!) I was able to cut back on snacks since I was becoming fuller from the fiber. I realized that I not only wanted to lose weight but I wanted to get my shape back so I did some light exercises (which I will discuses later on), I also walked 40 minutes each day rather than taking the bus. Within a month I was able to see the difference!
