I recently received two complementary tissues from Crowdtap and Kleenexcare for testing purposes. One was the Kleenex Brand Anti-Viral Tissue Box and the other was the Kleenex Brand Tissues with Lotion Box. Both were super soft and nose comforting.

The link listed below will give you a discount of $1.50 for two boxes of Kleenex tissue.

Vow VoxBox

The raspberry Pure Silk was a nice smelling shaving cream, used it for my legs.
The Olay is amazing and I am currently waiting to see if it actually reduced my dark spots! Regardless if it works or not, it is a great moisturizer.
The Sally Hansen compete spa manicure was good, but I think that it didn't really suit me.
I had used tide to go in the past, unfortunately it doesn't really work on oil and other stains such as grass or pen marks.
I was super excited about the Ecotool, used it for three days. Then it started to get warm and on the third day my face broke out in pimples. I had to stop using it, just in case I might have been allergic to it somehow.

All and all this box had a great mix and I enjoyed testing all of them on the behalf of Influenster :)

*I received these products complimentary for testing purposes from Influenster.

Forever Fuchsia from New York City Expert Last Lip Color

This new color is the Forever Fuchsia from New York City Expert Last Lip Color.
It smells like bubble gum. To get the best look, first put on your chap stick and then put on your lip stick. It gets rid of the chappy-ness and makes it smoother to put on your lipstick.
I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.

UniVoxBox

So I received my new UniVoxBox complimentary of Influenster for testing purposes and was super exited as always to rip open the box to see what goodies are hidden inside. I will start off with the pros. The Rimmel London Stay Matte Liquid Mouse Foundation was pretty amazing. I couldn't tell which skin tone best matches mine from the colors online. In the end I choose 103 true ivory, I am Asian, but do not have porcelain skin. The foundation that I choose was a little too light despite the color on display. However it does blend well and stays moist long enough to cover more surface for less. Another well known product is Playtex, who can go wrong with that....unless you leave it on for too long then there are going to be problems. The Real Tea comes in three different flavors: black tea, earl gray and blackcurrant raspberry. The one that I received was the raspberry one. I thought it was a little too sweet and artificial. Perhaps earl gray or black tea would have been better. The raspberry tea had flavor, but it is probably because I am a frequent sugarless tea drinker, that it wasn't my cup of tea. The Broadway nails were adorable, they came in this cute little fake nail polish container. The nails themselves were uncomfortable. They had such rough edges that it made putting the nails on, painful. The pilot Acroball pen was pretty good. I am not a big fan of fine point pens, but they did do their job. Last but not least, the NYC New York Color forever fuchsia was pretty good. Bold colors and is pretty cheap. All and all, this was a interesting and useful box. Thanks Influenster!!

Colgate Optic White

This product did not work for me. Perhaps it is because I am a daily coffee drinker? Regardless of that fact, the bristles were too harsh and often made my gums bleed. It did however make my teeth feel super clean after all of the scrubbing (kind of bad at the same time because you're essentially scuffing up your teeth when you use harsh bristles). I did enjoy the added on plaque remover on the opposite side of the toothbrush, or at least that is what I think it was. They also provide a teeth whitening liquid, it feels like rubbing on toothpaste...wish it felt a little lighter. All in all it was an experience worth trying I would give this a C+/B-.

Oil Stain?

Stains are a pain, messing up that brand new shirt, pants or dress that you just bought. What my sister actually discovered that works to some degree to help get rid of (lets say) 60 percent the oil stain is actually dish washing detergent. Just sprites some of detergent onto the stain, let it sit for at least 20 minutes and then rinse it out. Process may need to be repeated and should be done as soon as possible when the stain is fresh to get the best result.

Dolce Vitas

Dolce Vitas are amazing! They are usually made a size bigger, so for example I wear a 7.5 usually and would have to get a size 7 in Dolce Vitas. They are very narrow so if you have wide feet you need to break them in first. My suggestion is that you use the paper tissue that they stuff into the shoe and reverse it(so that the wide end is facing towards the tops), and stick that plastic stick back in to hold it in it's place. This way you save yourself the torture of having to break them in by walking or paying extra money to buy one of those plastic shoe fillers. Another trick is to get one of those mini shampoo bottles/ conditioners and just place them in the shoe (closed of course). These shoes are super snug, and haven't given me a blister yet. After buying Fossil flats (gave me many blisters, each time I wore them) and rocketdog (gave me blisters as well, plus super uncomfortable even after wearing them several times already)I ready to believe that Dolce Vitas are one of the only brands for pumps and shoes for me. PS the Fossil flats that I bought wear leather and was 7.5 and the Rocketdogs were on super sale (I believe 18 dollars), they looked comfortable online, I was completely wrong. The flats were extremely stiff and had very little to no padding on the sole of the shoes. The fabric for the flats were made with some kind of rough material, to make it worst it rubs again your ankles. So if you have sensitive skin, be prepared with bandaids! Cheap yes, but in the long run I think Dolce Vitas are a better investment. Updated news: DV which is the lower ending brand of Dolce Vita goes by actual size, same with their pumps because they are tight.

Shape ups actually works! I was skeptical because of the commercials, since the people wearing the shoes were super skinny and fit. However within four months or so I noticed that my legs, thighs and butt became very toned. Usually in order to get my lower body into shape like they are now, I would have to swim. How may you ask? The shoes are ridiculously heavy, that's right each shoe weighs at least half a pound. Imagine walking up and down the stairs with those puppies, who wouldn't get fit. Upside is that they do not cost around 100 dollars anymore, compared to the price they were at last year. Now they are around roughly $40-65. Another pro is that they give you an extra inch in your height. Since I'm 5'1, wearing them made me feel tall. Downside is that you can't run in them cus your very likely to sprain your ankle. Also the fabric on the inside isn't very durable. After only owning the shoes for about 7 months, the back inside area (where you slide in your feet into the shoe) tared apart and yellow sponge stuffing came out. All in all if you don't have time to go to the gym, have some extra cash laying around, why not. Maybe they fixed their poor quality... probably not, but never hurts to try out new products.

How to get rid of of stretch marks

Stretch marks can be a real pain. That one big obstacle between wearing short-shorts and wearing leggings. What I used to reduce the marks were very simple. I used Palmers coco butter on my new red stretch marks and my old ones that I've had for several years. Although the new ones faded away, the old ones were left unchanged. I applied it on once a day. The great thing is that if you eliminate the red marks then they don't turn into white ones which are much harder to get rid of. Tanning doesn't help much, but does camouflage the marks a little bit. Didn't eliminate any lines. I've tried other brands of lotion with vitamin E and none has reduced the long lasting marks. I'm going to try using Vicks vapor rub soon and will tell you the results :)

Bank disasters

I now know why certain banks have higher Apr rates then others, because their company's system is completely bonkers! I switched from Chas_ to Cit_ and man was that a complete waste of time. When opening up an account for chas_ it was quiet simple only the regular identifications were needed such as passport, ss card and state id. The process was smooth and got my card with no hassle. As for Cit they need ss card, state id, cell phone bill; if bill not under your name you also need a credit card bill and some other paper work that needs to be faxed. If you have the option of opening up a card on the phone or in person, make your life so much simplier and just go to the bank. Trust you will save your self a whole lot of trouble. State id also caused some problems too, went to their bank so that they could fax my documents. For some reason the customer service people kept calling me everytime I processed my forms to notify me that my card was "unreadable." How was this possible when I had it done at "their" bank. So I went back to have it faxed again, once again the call came. Was about to give up and took a color copy of it and sent it to them. Three weeks later, didn't hear from them. Called and asked about the status, told me that everything was great. When I asked when was my card going to arrive, was told that it should have been shipped already and said that it was strange. So he sent out another card. Best part was that the card arrive in two days. Bad part it was left out in a package on the floor (maybe that's why I never recieved the first one?) It gets even better, the card basically has no protection besides the pin that is if you recieve the second letter<- never recieved that either. When calling to ask about the pin the lady put me on hold only to tell me a couple of minutes later that I didn't have enough info for account # and pin I needed to go to the bank and requist for one. She was completely useless and wasted my time. Couldn't access my account online either since I didn't have a pin. When I complained and wrote a letter explaining what had occurred the lady sent me a letter appologieing and spelled my name wrong...twice. My name is on my email and they even require me to input my name. Moral of the story, save some of your hair and pick a differnt bank. Chas_ & T_ has 0.01 APR, Cit_ .1-.4 (if you have a lot of money ot else it's around .1-.2. If your able to choose easy rather than might screw you over in the long run, take easy.

How to get free stuff

Companies always want more customers to buy their products but most people don't like to try new things because they are not sure if it'll taste bad or not work. So these companies product freebies for their new products or even for their old products in hope to draw in new customers. Kashi- free cereal and discounts on their website every so often, Sephora-free make up kit (only on birthday), kotex- free pads and tampons, and much more. Some sites such as Walmart, P&G, and Target gives out free samples. If your going out to eat you should sign up for these sites in order to get free food on your birthday: Uno-free entree, cold stone- free ice cream, baskin robbins- free ice cream, there are other places such as Outback and others that gives out free appetizers. If it's your birthday might as well make it worth while as well as staying under your budget.

How to keep your hair healthy looking and beautiful

So how often do you wash your hair? Once a day? How often should you wash your hair? Correct answer is every other day. By washing you hair everyday it damages your hair and if continued can lead to massive hair loss! So if your losing hair this might be the cause! So how does washing your hair damage it? Well it takes awhile for your hair to truly dry, more than a day even thought it looks/feels dry 2-6 hours later it's not really. So how does this damage your hair? Well wet hair is easily damaged and weak (this is why you shouldn't comb your hair during a shower either). Also washing your hair means washing away your natural oil on your head, doing this too much leaves your hair dry, dull looking (it looks like fake hair) and split ends. So save money on conditioner and shampoo and wash your hair less! Note* this does not apply for baths/ showers, you can wash your body daily.

How to pass a interview

So what do these people want from you? Does it seem like whatever you say it seems to backfire and you never get hired regardless? Well they said that honesty is the best but that's a huge lie. So what do they want you to really say?
Future goals, such as college- never say that your unsure even though that's the truth. Pick a college and stick to it. When asked a question, answer confidently ( there are no maybes, ifs and sortas). Use direct eye contact and remember to practice your speech at home before you you actually go to your interview, this way when you are asked those questions you aren't nervous. Some common questions are:
*Why do you want to work here?
*Why do you think you should get the job?
*Do you have any questions?

How to save money

Budget cutting is a big issue these days and comparing prices for the same product is one of the greatest ways to save money. It is inconvenient to travel from supermarket to supermarket getting one or two items only to get .50 cents off but the total will add up. You will save more money if you actually look through discounted weekly specials and buy things that you know you will use later on not items that will be siting there until you throw them out. For instance food, it's a necessity and will be used in the future so it would not be wasted (hopefully). Buying luxury items should be a Must Not when trying to save money, but if your like me and that Jimmy is just too sexy to miss out then you can always wait to when they have a sample sale. There are sales for luxury items every so often for brands such as Harajuku lovers, Gucci, Barneys, Missy 60, Kenneth Cole, Energie, Jimmy Choo and so much more just look them up. Another way to save money would be to shop in stores like Old Navy, Target or dare I say it? Walmart. As long is it looks good you'll always get complimented on and when they asked you where you got it from say none of your business! I'm just kidding there's nothing to be ashamed of saying you got it from those places they are stylish and have gotten more popular since back in the days. There's no reason to go back to shop retailed again.

How to keep your skin looking younger and tighter without paying

The price for mangoes are pretty cheap right now. If you are allergic to mangoes you can choose either pumpkin, sweet potato, papayas, blue berries and bananas. All of these have vitamin e which helps and protects your skin from the suns rays which causes the damage of skin cells (increase of the look of aging on skin). If you use a mango simply peel off the skin and save it. Then eat the rest of the mango. Then place the peels on your face, if you want you could microwave the peels for about 5 seconds or so before placing the peels on your face. Then slowly massage your face, remove the peels after 15 mins and wash your face with warm water then cold. It's the same for any of the other choices (smash a small of the amount of blue berries and then place of face.) If you want a more glowing, smooth complexion? you can use the finished watermelon skin (unless your allergic) and rub it against your face. After wards let it sit for about 10 mins or so and wash it off with warm water and then cool *note: not hot water.

How to find the right job for you

Many people nowadays have a problem with finding jobs, with this economy finding a good job is almost impossible. So things to look into when finding a job, what do you enjoy or stores that you go to frequently (places such as clothing, restaurant and such can be very profiting esp. if you go there often and there are people there that like you. This could be your ticket to getting a job there and is a great start up). Even in some fast food places you need some kind of connection, a referral now. Why would you want to work in a fast food place? Well most restaurants wants employees that have had at least 2 years of food related experience. Some require you having worked in two different restaurants. If you are in college and have some free time throughout the year it's great to intern for a company that is right in the field which you wish to major in. Although it's unpaid, it's great for resumes. If you wish to go into the fashion industry or even work in a bank or office your going to need some kind of relevant experience. If you have none but have volunteered that's great to put in your resume as well to boost up your experience. If you need some quick cash, there are always government jobs such as canvass which are people who walk around having people sign their names on petitions and such. It's usually very short (lasts around a month or so) flexible and good pay (range from $10-15 depending on area and may be paid in cash) plus it's a great for your resume. Another would be to handout fliers (not a easy job) the pay may range depending on completing the pile or by every hour, you might get paid from ($7-10 usually) the great thing about these jobs is that they usually pay in cash and is a seasonal job. A site that I enjoy going to is craigslist.org * not all jobs are real, some are spams so you should look up sites provided and see their reviews* Well I hope this was helpful!

How to write a resume

In your resume you should have some kind of work experience. If not you should still write one just in case of an interview or to summit one online. So your name should be on top, it should be the biggest of all fonts because this is what the interviewers wants to see first. Underneath that you can write your contact information such as
email address-telephone#-address or u can begin with your objective (basically who you are and your goal). The contact information can either go on top (under name) or on the bottom ( conclusion of resume), it should be to smallest font. Under the objective is your experiences, order them from most recent on top. If you have more than enough experience and it's taking up too much room then take one of the jobs off ( it should be three of your most recent jobs). Then write a little something about those jobs like what you learned (this is great if you don't have a very long resume. Under that you write your education, if your in college you don't have to write you high school unless it's something like Stuyvesant or Bronx science otherwise it's just something to take up the empty space. Underneath that it's skills- this is great for taking up a lot of space and bragging about yourself. If you have nothing to say then just delete this section. Finally it's language, the more you know the better but if you decide to lie they might find out when they hire you just for that particular language. Example:
Mikoto c.
objective

I am currently enrolled in college to obtain my insert degree name or high school name. Then put what are you trying to achieve DON'T PUT MONEY!

How to pass tests with a breeze

Most tests require memorizing long sentences or formulas. If it was an English definition such twenty words, defining and spelling can be a pain. So what I do is break apart the word for example exonerate- clear of blame. When you first look at this word your wondering what the freak does this word mean? Well lets break it down,  what I do then which might be a little confusing but I highlight certain letters such as era which works into the letter clear and then the word ends in e so I think of another word that ends in e to complete the sentence. So the highlighted words would be exonerate orange goes first so (cl)ear then green which is o(f) then (blam)e. I think this is much easier then memorizing all the words and i have used this technique throughout high school and got 100's on all my tests but results maybe different just test it out first to see if it works for you (btw you just memorized a sat word). I hated science but what I found helped me remember things like body systems was with sentences, some of which weren't really sentences but since they sound funny i memorized them. For example Respect my love respects<- respiratory system. How does that have anything to do with the respiratory system you may ask well R-respiratory, M-mitochondria, l-liver, and r.s-respiratory system and that's all that the respiratory system is does and where. This can be used for math, social studies and ect. One math example would be SOHCAHTOA- example: so old his /cane and hat /tared off alittle there are so many other sentences which could help you memorize, the more original helps you the best. If you have any questions just leave a comment and I'll be sure to help!
